This holiday home with pool near the fine sandy beach of Alcudia promises a wonderful holiday with family or friends.

Relax on one of the 8 sun loungers by the saltwater pool (7m x 4m) and enjoy meals on the large covered porch with its beautiful wooden dining table.

On two floors you will find a living-dining room with direct access to the fantastic balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. Of the 4 bedrooms, two have double beds and two have two single beds each. There are also two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.
All rooms are air-conditioned.

Sports enthusiasts will find tennis courts and water sports facilities in the immediate vicinity.

All in all, Eden Lago offers a unique holiday experience in a fully equipped house in a perfect location: in a very quiet residential area and also very close to the beach.

Alles lief reibungslos. Einfache Kommunikation in Deutsch und sehr hilfsbereit. Haus wie beschrieben. Sehr netter Hausbesitzer. Willkommensgeschenk mit Bier und Früchten inkl. Unter der Woche wurde Kuchen gebracht. Grillkohle konnte man nutzen.

Wir waren mit 8 Leuten in dem Haus und es lief alles sehr entspannt und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Gerne wieder!

Villa suited perfectly for our vacations
This was a great property for 7 ladies celebrating a birthday. The location was ideal for a supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. The facilities in the property were great especially the pool area with a large outdoor table and sunbeds. We would definitely recommend.

Tolles Haus und alles in der Nähe
Tolle Unterkunft und sehr nette Besitzer, die sogar Sandspielsachen und Roller für unsere Kinder bereitstellten. Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem großen Hof und der Straße. Kurzer Weg zum Meer, ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker (sehr leckere Produkte) sind direkt um die Ecke. Die Unterkunft und der Pool waren sehr sauber. Alles prima! Nichts, wir kommen wieder

Gepflegtes Haus in Strandnähe
Schönes, sehr gepflegtes und geräumiges Haus im mallorquinischen 70iger Jahre-Stil,mit großem Pool. In ruhigerer Sackgassenlage und 3 min Fußweg zum Sandstrand, es muss lediglich die vielbefahrene Hauptstraße überquert werden. Ebenfalls fußläufig ein gut sortierter Supermarkt, Restaurants, vor und hinter dem Haus Tennisplätze und ein Fahrradverleih um die Ecke. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut, lediglich das Kücheninventar könnte teilweise verbessert werden. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die uns zur Ankunft eine komplette Frühstücksausstattung hingestellt hatten und uns am Folgetag mit einer mallorquinischen Torte begrüßten! Auch ein Wäschewechsel nach einer Woche wurde wieder mit Kuchen versüsst. Nochmals herzlichen Dank! Insgesamt problemlose An-und Abreise und einfacher Kontakt mit der Agentur.
