This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The balcony overlooks the hot tubs, so it's easy to see when they're empty. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The homeowner has also provided a selection of board games for your enjoyment. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers views of the courtyard and hot tubs, so you have the convenience of seeing when it's your turn to soak those muscles after a long day of outdoor adventures.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats four. The full bathroom features a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice room, soft bed and pillow, ample towels, located close to everything. Near the elevator, very short walk to restaurants, 3 minute walk to the gondola. However, also located directly above the hot tubs, so we heard ALL the partying day and night. If you don't mind noise, or you stay up late, this is a great spot.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location within 5-minute walk to River Run Gondola. An older model condo located one floor above the courtyard where the hot tubs are located so be prepared to hear kids and adults in the area most of the afternoon into late evening. Kitchen has decent quality pots, but pans are old, scratched Teflon coated. (wouldn't recommend using). Condo was clean and in good shape on arrival.Not a lot of closet/storage space, however manageable for two people for one week. Ski lockers are conveniently located on the first floor.Overall, the best feature is the proximity to the River Run Gondola and village shops and restaurants.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THe rental is very well situated just as the title says, "In The Heart of River Run". The unit was clean, missing a few things like a blanket for the extra bed and a couple of glasses, but other than that was well stocked too. On the last day, the power did go out, but was restored quickly and we were able to leave without incident. Overall it was a great trip!

Great location, more storage than average!
This property is in a fantastic location. I particularly enjoyed the well thought storage space options. There were extra hooks for wet clothes in the bathroom, lots of entry hooks and plentiful places to stash clothes.
