Welcome to the holiday home Mockritz
Our house is located in the city part Mockritz, a very quiet area. You can reach us from the motorway A 17 exit Südvorstadt Dresden about 10 minutes. For centrum we have two bus about 15 minutes and by car approximately 10 minutes. Next to us is the Mockritzer Bad and camping Mockritz.

Ein schöner Urlaub
Ruhige Lage und doch nah am Zentrum. Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Schlüssel -übergabe und -abgabe war unkompliziet. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich. Das Preiseistungsverhältnis war angemessen.

Von der Umgebung her gut gelegen
Bei der Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt wo der Schlüssel ist. Kontakt zum Vermieter zur Einweisung in die Unterkunft bestand nicht. Besteck musste man suchen. Erst auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter würde es in einer Versteckten Schublade gefunden. Auf der Suche nach dem Besteck haben wir 2 keimende Zwiebeln gefunden. Die Kanne der Kaffeemaschine musste auch vor der Benutzung von Restkaffee gesäubert werden. In der Mikrowelle fehlt der Drehteller. Viele Dinge welche den Preis nicht rechtfertigen. Wir standen 2 Mal vor verschlossenen Hoftor ehe wir einen Öffner bekommen haben.Die Dusche ist eher etwas für kleine Personen während das Doppelbett wohl von der Höhe her für sehr große Personen geeignet ist. Die Wendeltreppe läd nicht gerade Ältere Leute zum verweilen ein. Die liebevolle Weihnachtsdeko war ansprechend aber nicht zeitgemäß. Schlussendlich die kleinen Mitbewohner (Ameisen) welche sich offensichtlich in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlfühlen.Im großen und kleinen eine Ferienwohnung mit Potential welches gilt herauszuholen.

Ist einfach ins Haus(Hausfriedensbruch). Beschuldigt uns des Diebstahls hat irgendwelche Bilder wie es angeblich aus gesehen haben soll, wir können das Gegenteil Beweisen. Hat unsere Hunde einfach frei gelassen. Mehr wie unten durch.

sauber und gut - mit kleinen Mängeln
Das Objekt ist sauber und die Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nach Dresden Altstadt sind es wenige Kilometer, die Umgebung ist ein bürgerlicher Vorort. Mit kleinen Kindern wäre evt. die enge Wendeltreppe ein Problem, aber als Erwachsenengruppe meistert man das. Baulich sind ein paar Dinge improvisiert, nicht weiter schlimm - nur das Geländer der besagten Treppe muss repariert werden, sei aber schon in Arbeit. Wir würden es ggf. wieder nutzen. Für den Preis eine gute Sache.
