Kitchen: ceramic hob, dishwasher, dishwasher, Miele microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric window opening. Bath: Stereo sound system with RDS, bath with shower possibility. Bedroom: bed 180x200 with high-quality single mattresses, large built-in wardrobe with hotel safe, 2 LAN connections, 1 satellite connection. A special ventilation system generates a low negative pressure in the bathroom if desired. So unpleasant odors do not reach the living rooms.

In the house Jonas there are two apartments with upscale comfort: • apartment beach grass 68qm for 2-3 persons • apartment romance 50sqm for 2 persons upstairs you have each a private parking and a private terrace. There are no pets allowed, as allergy friendly. Both apartments have floor heating, electric. Blinds, dimmers. integrated sound system in the bathroom, a dishwasher.   In addition, there are two more TVs, tumble dryer and washing machine in the apartment beach grass.   Important note: Unfortunately, our apartments are not designed for babies and toddlers.
