Perfect getaway for a peaceful vacation. Rustic, secluded location just blocks from the Santa Barbara Mission and the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History, and Rocky Nook Park. The guest quarters is an 1890's redwood barn with double glass doors that swing open to a large private deck.
The bedroom has a queen bed, and there is also a futon that can be made into a queen bed in a curtained off nook alcove. There is a full kitchen. When you pull open the original barn door you have a view of the old water tower, and a lush garden. There are soft wood floors, so please no dogs over 40 pounds, and not more than one. Children are welcome, but this is a quiet location and low noise level is appreciated.
A resident manager lives on the grounds to take care of any questions. The property has the outbuildings for an old mansion- the Barn, the Carriage House, the Stone Cottage and the Cook's Cottage.
Minutes to gorgeous downtown Santa Barbara with beautiful beaches, shopping, museums, and sightseeing. Perfect artist's or writer's loft.
