The 2-room apartment for non-smokers on a total of 47 sqm on the ground floor of the property has a separate entrance. The apartment is completely modernized and newly equipped: • Living room with large living and dining area, dining table, comfortable sofa bed (lying area 1.20 x 1.95 m), showcase, flat screen TV (100 cm), music system / DVD player. • Fitted kitchen open to the living room with 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher. Small appliances such as coffee maker, kettle and toaster as well as dishes and household items for daily needs are of course available. • Bedroom with double box spring bed, wardrobe with sliding doors and full length mirror, bedside tables with lamps and alarm clock, additional TV (80 cm). The beds are each 0.90x2.00 m. The topper over both beds measures 1.80 x 2.00 m.
