You won't find a better location at Kuilima. Our lovely ground floor unit is on the desirable 'East Side', right at the 18th hole. Out of the 330 condos here at Turtle Bay Kuilima, our condo is set closest to the beach, so we know you will find the location to be ideal.

Turtle Bay Beach is just a 2 minute walk. It is the perfect kid friendly beach for swimming and snorkeling all year round, even when the waves are huge here on the North Shore. A favorite for many is to watch the sunset at the resort, as there is a really great surf break right in front of the bar. Enjoy a cocktail and Pu Pu's while watching surfers catch perfect waves as the sunsets. This is a true Hawaiian experience in every way.

We also have miles of hiking trails, horseback riding, scooter/bike rentals, helicopter rides, kayaking, surf lessons, tide pools, fruit stands, shrimp farms, surf competitions at Banzai Pipleine, and seven miles of the worlds best surfing beaches.

Nice condo in very nice resort area
Well stocked condo with a nice pool area and near to a protected resort beach. Beach is walkable but you can also park closer (public beach access). Condo is a fourplex so there is neighbour noise, nothing too bad during our stay. Reserved parking space. AC in bedroom keeps the unit cool. Only thing I would suggest to the owner is a bathroom reno. And to the renter, bring your own toilet paper!

Great location and amenities
Condo is stocked with everything you need. Great location, walking distance to nice beaches and north shore sights. Upgrades are needed in the condo (ex. Couch, bed, dryer and bedroom was musty/moldy smelling). We really liked the condo complex with the pool and upkept gardens. The property manager was friendly and helpful.

North shore delight
Our stay was delightful. Turtle bay for swimming plus the pool by the condo. The unit was cared for and fully equipped. Ground floor unit in a very quiet building with assigned parking. Beverly was very nice and helpful. Would definitely consider a return to this unit.

Amazing Getaway!
We came for a family member’s wedding at Turtle Bay. The location was perfect, like 2 minutes away. The condo was so convenient. Check in was super easy and Beverly was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to the island.

Why they chose this property

We spent long weekends and holidays at Turtle Bay Resort (then known as Kuilima)in the early 70's. This was our 'Outer Island' without the expense and hassle of flying to the neighbor islands. When it became possible to purchase a Condo, we jumped at the chance. We had tennis and golf plus the unspoiled Hawaii that we dream of. Remarkably, it hasn't changed much!

What makes this property unique

Natural beauty. Old Hawaii with modern luxury. Hidden beaches. Bird Sanctuaries. Ocean breezes off the point keep us cool year round. 24 hour security guard for peace of mind.
