Non-smoking apartment on 2 floors of 75sqm large new extension.   On the ground floor:

Living room with dining area, radio and satellite TV available. A large sliding door leads to the private terrace rimmed with a hedge.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Cozy shower room with WC.

Upstairs:

1. Double bedroom
. 2 Bedroom double bed and cot (up to 3 years)
All rooms with wipeable vinyl floor


Our house consists of 3 units. It can be the whole house, each a house floor or be rented. In common-to-use garden are seats and soft furnishings to relax. For the kids there is a large grassy play area with swings and sandpit. We have 2 bikes for small children and for adults 2 DINO CARS (Kettcars / karts) as a 2-seater and 1 seater.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und angenehm. Ich war da mit meinem Sohn und seiner Freundin. Wur sind Franzosen. Frau Bärbel ist ganz nett und gastfreundlich. Ich empfehle diese Ferienwohnung. Ich bedanke mich noch bei Ihr für ihre Gastfreundlichkeit.

Schöne Haushälfte
Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Haushälfte gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die tolle Terrasse wurde natürlich auch genutzt. Sehr nette Vermieterin - wir kommen gerne wieder.
