Relax and enjoy the comfort and amenities of this home near the Lake Arrowhead golf course. Entry level. The two decks offer a tranquil Alpine setting, BBQ and outdoor dining. The three levels offer separate areas for all ages to entertain themselves, including Wi-Fi service. Two fireplaces provide a cozy atmosphere. Lake Arrowhead Village with its unique shops, restaurants and free summer concerts is an 8-minute drive.

We now have air conditioning for those warm summer days.

Skiing and water sports: Snow ski and snow board at Running Springs' Snow Valley -- about a 20 minute drive -- or Big Bear's Snow Summit -- a 45 minute drive. Water ski at the McKenzie Ski School in Lake Arrowhead Village. Lake Gregory offers swimming, water slides.

Shopping and dining: Unique shops can be found in the nearby Lake Arrowhead Village, Blue Jay and Cedar Glen, all within 10 minutes of the house. Lake Arrowhead Village has a variety of great restaurants from Mexican, Thai, steak and seafood, to well-known favorites such as McDonald's and Subway.

Please note: Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and has adopted the policy that only the registered homeowners can use its facilities. This includes the beaches and dock access trails around the lake. However, Lake Arrowhead Village, nearby Lake Gregory and the surrounding mountains/ roads are open to everyone.

Wonderful Lake Arrowhead getaway
My family just finished another wonderful stay at Keith’s house. It’s a home away from home. Keith is a great host. He is friendly, informative and easy to communicate with. The location is amazing. The neighborhood is quiet, relaxing, and you have easy access to all the main roads. The parking and entry are level which is key on the mountain in winter. The house is clean, cozy, beautifully decorated and well stocked with all the essentials. It is also very spacious. It’s spread out over 3 levels (2 floors and an open loft) which gives lots of sleeping options. We will definitely be returning in the future.

NEW ANNUAL FAMILY TRADITION!
This property is phenomenal! We wanted to establish a new tradition for the holidays with our adult children and their spouses. The 4 separate bedroom spaces fit the bill perfectly. The kitchen was fully equipped and operational, the interior decoration was masterful, and we felt like we were at home away from home. The location is quiet and beautiful, close enough to the local store and the Village, but not too close. The ability to black out all the bedroom windows was perfect for sleeping in. We made memories we will never forget, and will for sure be back!
