Fantastically beautiful located about 60 m² ground floor apartment with a living room and two separate bedrooms. A slightly separated from the living room fitted kitchen, an entrance hall, a storage room and the bathroom with shower are still part of this apartment. All rooms are equipped with fly screens.   The large corner terrace, facing northwest, is directly in front of the living room flooded with sunlight. Here you have a very nice view of the adjacent Fischdüker, which flows into the Balmer lake.   The two bedrooms each have a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. The fully equipped kitchen offers in addition to the 4-ring ceramic hob also a fume hood, a dishwasher and a large oven. Of course, there is also one of the apartment assigned parking at the house.
