In this beautiful apartment over two floors, you can relax.   On about 72 m² you expect light-flooded and friendly rooms. The ground floor of the apartment impresses with tasteful and high quality furnishings. It offers plenty of space to relax and direct views of the backwaters.   Equipped with a cozy XXL couch and leather armchairs, flat screen TV and DVD / CD player, the living room invites you to linger. From here you can reach the sunny west-facing balcony.   The open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge and large freezer can be used to prepare your meals. From the large dining table you can enjoy the view over the complex and spend here certainly one or the other game night.   The two bedrooms with 1.80 m wide and comfortable double beds are located on the upper floor of this apartment.
