In the apartment complex house Nordland has an elevator with which all residential floors and the basement are accessible in the house.
For each apartment is a Car - parking space on the plot available. 
In the basement are sichzur sharing a washing machine anda dryer (both chargeable).
In the basement is a sauna and a sun shower (each charge) and free use of a swimming pool.
For tennis players a table tennis room in the house is available.
A bicycle storage room is located on the farm.


For younger guests (up to 3 years) is a children's package after ordering room consisting of a high chair and a travel cot (without bed linen) available (price per Kinderset 15.00 €).



The apartment block "Haus Nordland" is located in a central location of Westerland, Kjeirstraße 19-21, near the city center and train station.
The apartment house is equipped with an elevator, so guests can be directly accessed from the apartment in the left hand in the basement swimming pool.
Further still are adjacent to the free usable indoor pool in the basement sauna and color light,


Guests will enjoy free high-speed Internet access via WiFi. This is a voluntary additional service on our part, so no services mentioned in the legal sense travel property of the apartment. Rent reduction can not be invoked, therefore in case of failure of the system or parts thereof, or a router.


The house has on the back of the building on disabled access for wheelchairs.
A coin-operated laundry with dryer, bike room and a table tennis room in the house are also available;
Each apartment has a parking space on the premises.


Information for dialysis guests: On the adjacent site of the "Haus Nordland" is the dialysis center Sylt (25980 Sylt OT Westerland, Kjeirstraße 23). The dialysis center on the island of Sylt is optimally equipped for the holiday dialysis.


The lingerie (sheets & towels) can be booked for a price of € 20.00 per set.
