The area is ideal for hiking in the nearby forest, to cycling on the bike path directly anbindenden, or for boating on the Recknitz (in about 5km). The apartment has a combined living room and bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed, a rattan sofa and a satellite TV, a passage area where a bunk bed and a closet, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer possibility and oven and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Before the apartment is a large lawn with a patio, seating and barbecue. On the neighboring field cranes are sometimes seen in the autumn.
