1995 stylish built two-storey Villetta with beautiful landscaped garden and a spacious terrace with stunning sea views. 20 minutes' drive from Olbia Ferry dito also from the Costa Smeralda Airport .. Distance to the sea: just a few minutes away from the beaches, which offer crystal clear water. The complete Villetta has 3 bedrooms, living room,
2 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. As well as large covered terrace with panoramic views across the sea. Suitable for a maximum of 4 persons. All Washing, German television SAT-TV, air conditioning. In place all the necessary shops such as Pescheria (fishmonger), Metzger (Marcelleria), supermarket and Sardinian wine Cantina. Car hire is essential. The weekly rental price electricity for air conditioning etc. Boiler hot water linen, towels and garbage fees included. For the terrace there three deck chairs, barbecue and garden table.

Traumurlaub in ausgezeichneter Lage
Perfekte Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Urlaub sowohl bei Ausflügen auf der Insel oder bei Aufenthalten an den Traumstränden als auch auf der Terrasse mit herrlichem Meerblick auf die Tavolara und über Porto San Paolo.

Traumhafte Lage, sehr schönes Haus
Insgesamt sehr schönes Haus, sehr ruhige Lage, super schöner Ausblick. Alle Highlights sind gut erreichbar. Das Kücheninventar, die Bettwäsche benötigen mal eine Erneuerung. Es funktioniert aber alles! Vielen Dank!

Immer noch ein charmantes Häuschen, ausgestattet mit allem was man für die Selbstversorgung und einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub so braucht. Vom Ausblick ganz zu schweigen. Der Vermieter ist auch der Ferne super freundlich und auf Zack, falls es etwas zu klären gibt.
