THE HARBORSIDE IS A TIMESHARE COMMUNITY & I MUST CONFIRM AVAILABILITY BEFORE BOOKING!!!!
DO NOT USE INSTANT BOOKING! Maximum occupancy is 8 guests and the rate is highest in peak season (mid-Dec to mid-Apr) Daily rates vary based on day of the week (Fri & Sat are highest)
There is a minimum 3 night stay. You will be required to provide me with the names & addresses of all guests as this is a requirement of the Harborside for check-in.

The comfortable 2 Bedroom Lock -Off Villa at Harborside Resort at Atlantis is a spacious, beautifully appointed vacation home. No detail has been overlooked in the fine furnishings or in providing for every need and comfort.

One King Bed and one sleeper sofa in each side of the lock off. Whirlpool tub in Master bedroom.

Scam artist
The property says it’s a 2 bedroom in the listing. The pictures show a 2 bed room floor plan. As soon as I booked property the property owner called and asked if I had any questions and I say yes I do. So I asked it is a two bed room correct. His response was no I got you your stuck now an your not getting your money back. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Owner is extremely rude. BEWARE!!!! BEWARE!!!! Do not book with this owner.

Fabulous week in the Bahamas!
Harborside was the perfect place for me, my husband, and 2 18 year olds. We were able to walk to Royal Towers and Marina Village to enjoy all the restaurants and amenities that Atlantis has to offer. Richard Setzer was wonderful to work with making our vacation one of the best we’ve had over the years!
