Great house and great location
What a nice property, close to town and a small beach at the end of the block. Very nice and caring owners just downstairs.

A little misleading
It was a lovely place to stay convenient location but the apartment is above the owners house in the same building. Essentially you are staying upstairs in these peoples home.

Wonderful!
We spent a wonderful 5 days in this beautiful home. John and Maritza are the most gracious hosts, offering recommendations and good cheer. The house is 1/2 block from the beach, or 1 block to the lagoon, which we also enjoyed. It is approximately a 15 minute walk or quick drive into town. The home is ideally situated. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, cookware and dishware; each bedroom has a sitting room/living room so there is plenty of privacy. Would love to return to this lovely home!

Stunning and amazing hosts
The location was close to everything. The space was perfect for 2 couples. It was clean, spacious, and just a wonderful place to stay. But above all the hosts were phenomenal and so accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we were doing okay and made us feel comfortable. My wife and the other couple who stayed with us agree this was a great space with wonderful hosts! I highly recommend!

My husband John and I both enjoyed busy careers for over thirty years in New York City.. John, good with all things mechanical worked both with his hands and in management in the electrical industry. I have always enjoyed understanding people ,art and nature. The Human Resources profession was my passion working with people and extraordinary companies in Fashion, Fine Jewelry, and Art. Together we enjoy making people happy..so here we are, hoping to meet interesting people and doing everything we can to help our guests enjoy their time in our home.

Why they chose this property

John and I chose Greenport Village because of my love of antiques and wonderful 'unspoiled' older homes, while enjoying an innocent and simple quality of life in the Village. John's love of all things in or near the water.. boating, fishing, swimming... fresh seafood....The Long Island Sound and Peconic Bay made it a simple choice with countless activities to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

Walk to all , owners provide high chair and baby bjorn crib Beach and park six is houses away. Walk to village and transportation ,over 50 vineyards within 20 miles
