Modern apartment with fantastic sea views
The apartment "Le Rose" is located above La Spezia in the San Venerio Alto district with a fantastic view of the harbor and the Ligurian Sea. An ideal starting point for trips to the world-famous Cinque Terre, cultural highlights such as Pisa or Florence and to the beautiful sandy beaches of the region. The apartment offers 80sqm of space for up to three people and is divided into bedrooms, bathrooms and the living-dining room with open kitchen. The bedroom and living room have direct access to the private terrace, which is equipped with a dining table and sun loungers. Here you can watch the ships in the harbor, sunbathe or just relax. The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and offers the most modern comfort.

Bei Gastgebern Zuhause
Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Es wurden interessante zusätzliche Angebote unterbreitet, um den Urlaub noch interessanter zu gestalten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder eine schöne Zeit dort verbringen wollen.

Magnifique appartement, pas si isolé que ça,la proximité de La Spèzia est apprécié, avec un point de vue sur la baie pour regardez le va et vient des bateaux (les enfants adorent) le soir après les visites des villages . Ne pas hésiter sur cet appartement sa situation, son décor, rien ne manque. Propriétaires charmant discrets

Super Ferienwohnung, tolle Aussicht
Die Wohnung war super harmonisch und mit allem, was man(n)/Frau braucht, eingerichtet. Die Beschreibungen und die Fotos sind völlig identisch und wahrheitsgemäß. Die Aussicht ist grandios und man entdeckt immer etwas Neues. Ganz dringend ist zu empfehlen, dass man nach der letzten Mautstelle (kurz vor La Spezia) das Navi auf verschiedene Routenstrecken überprüft. Wie Isia (Vermieterin)schon geschrieben hat, soll man nicht nach der kürzesten Strecke zur Ferienwohnung fahren. Leider haben wir dieses missachtet und es hat sich für uns bestätigt, dass der kürzeste Weg seeeeehr eng und steil und noch dazu mit Gegenverkehr zu rechnen ist. Diesen Weg haben wir nie wieder gewählt. ...und bekanntlich führen ja viele Wege nach Rom oder La Spezia. Isia und Silvano sind tolle Menschen und super Vermieter, gerne haben wir die Tipps und Vorschläge für unseren Urlaub angenommen. Man kann auf Isia vertrauen, nichts fehlt in der Wohnung, man lässt einfach die Seele baumeln und genießt den Urlaub mit der phantastischen Aussicht. Wer weiß, vielleicht sieht man sich mal wieder.

Juste parfait
Photos tout à fait conformes à la réalité. Très bel appartement décoré simplement et avec beaucoup de goût. Très belle vue imprenable sur les ports dela Spezia. Nous étions parfaitement installés sur les transats pour admirer le feu d d'artifice de la fête de la mer. Propriétaires très gentils et tout à notre disposition pour rendre notre séjour parfait. Propreté irreprochable. Plutôt bien équipé. Pas de climatisation, mais en suivant les conseils de la propriétaire nous avons gardé une température appréciable malgré les 35/40 degrés extérieur A 10km du centre de la Spezia.

Eine perfekte Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns in der Fewo wie zu Hause gefühlt. Dank Isia haben wir perfekte Ausflugstipps genießen können. Und wenn wir Fragen hatten war sie jederzeit für uns da. Die Wohnung ist wirklich ein Traumtipp. Der Ausblick von der Wohnung ( auch vom Schlafzimmer aus) ist unschlagbar. Liebe Grüße an Silvano und Isia von Peter und Sabine aus Wegberg
