The apartment is located 50 meters from the beach, in a sheltered, peaceful residence with a swimming pool and parking.
The duplex apartment is located on the 1st floor of a semi-detached house with a 35 m2 large terrace and a covered balcony. The apartment was renovated in November 2015 and among other things a new kitchen integrated with dishwasher

Très bon séjour familial
L'anse à l'âne est un lieu résidentiel, proche des plages renommées de anse Noire, anse Dufour et des anses d'Arlet rejointes en 10-20min, mais également de la savane des esclaves par exemple... Vous pouvez vous garer à l'intérieur sur une des 4 places, ou dans la ruelle, sans soucis. L'appartement est très propre et à notre grande surprise, très équipé et bien décoré...comme à la maison ! Au calme (à part le coq et chèvre alentours...). Les propriétaires, comme les gérants sur place, sont très facilement joignables et réactifs. Merci à eux! Tout proche se trouvent la plage (pas de massifs coralliens mais une vue sympathique sur Fort-de-France), un carrefour express, une boulangerie, quelques restaurants de plage, un bar tabac et un distributeur à pizzas (plutôt bonnes). Très bien pour les jours où vous ne voulez pas prendre la voiture... Une semaine positive à l'appartement Judith!

Emplacement parfait
Le logement est tres bien situé et confortable pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants c'est top. Le petit bémol c'est qu'il n'y a pas de place de parking attitré, il faut parfois se garer dans la rue.
