This simply furnished terraced house is situated in the new suburb of Poreč, which is situated only a few hundred meters far from the nearest beach and a few minutes walk away from the downtown. The interiors are distributed on two floors. While the bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs on the ground floor is the living and kitchen area with another bathroom. From the upper floor you have a partial view on the sea. Please note that the owner use the shared yard entrance while his residential property is located on the same plot. The unfenced parking places are in front of the courtyard entrance.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate.
