Holiday house with 3 separate bedrooms, 1 living room with open fireplace, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Carport for 2 cars and space for another 2 cars in the driveway. Easily accessible via the motorway, in a quiet location, in the Thuringian Forest, near Rennsteig, Suhl center 4 km away, supermarket and petrol station 200 meters away. Internet access free of charge. Large garden with fruit trees and raspberry bushes, barbecues and bonfire under the apple tree possible in summer. Barbecue, selection of board games, books for general use. Bicycle storage room, ski cellar available.

Das Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist eine Doppelhaushälfte, was im Inserat nicht zu erkennen war. Die Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüssel-Safe hat gut funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas abgewohnt. Eine Renovierung würde dem Ganzen gut tun. In den Schlafzimmern fehlen Kleiderschränke. Geschirr war reichlich vorhanden, allerdings war sehr viel angeschlagen und uns haben die Eierbecher gefehlt. Das Bad im Keller war sehr muffig, da dort kein Fenster vorhanden ist.

Kinderfreundlich, gemütlich
Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, für kleine Kinder ist alles vorhanden - vom Toilettenaufsatz, über einen Kindersitz bis zum Spielzeug. Auch Gesellschaftsspiele sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet auch noch genügend Platz zum Spielen für die Kinder neben dem Esstisch. Das größere Schlafzimmer bietet ausreichend Platz für ein Reisebett. Das Wohnzimmer mit Kamin im OG ermöglicht gemütliche Abende. Die Lage ist ok, in einem Wohngebiet am Gewerbegebiet. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar. Uns hat es alles in allem gefallen!

Schönes Ferienhaus für Familien geeignet
Das Ferienhaus ist mit allen erforderlichen Dingen gut ausgerüstet. Die Möbel sind älter, aber in Ordnung. Das Grundstück ist ziemlich groß. Stellplätze für Autos sind vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit dem freundlichen Vermieter ist problemlos.

Alles super und unkompliziert
Alles verlief reibungslos, der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, das Haus ist super geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was eine Familie im Urlaub braucht. Schönes Spielzimmer für Kinder, großer Garten und sehr nette Nachbarn. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Sehr empfehlenswert. Danke für alles
