A perfect suite in a lovely neighbourhood
This suite is in an ideal location for newcomers to Munich. It is very close to public transportation - you can be in the City Centre in 5 minutes by subway. There are little grocery store within a 2 minute walk and it is very easy to get to from the central train station as well as the airport. There are many excellent dining spots all very close. The suite itself is ideal for a couple. Very clean and well appointed in every manner - kitchen, bathroom and living space. The real bonus to this suite is the owner - Stephan, who has a coffee and chocolatier right next to the apartment. He was very responsive to all our queries in advance of our stay and very helpful with orienting us to the transportation system when we arrived. Be sure to try his coffee and treats when you are there.

Has everything - comfortable, clean, near U-Bahn
This was our second stay in this apartment and it was just as nice as the first time. The only negative is the kitchen is small - but there are lots of places to eat nearby and by easy public transport. We especially appreciate the closeness to the UBahn and the quietness of the apartment. The hosts own the excellent chocolate shop next door and even gave us excellent coffees one day.

The stay was perfect. The owners were extremely accommodating. The location was a very short walk to U-bahn entrance and many types of amenities also within a short walk. We highly recommend this place.

Perfect setting for a Munich city trip
The location is super-central with very close underground access and very good food shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The flat itself is very pleasantly divided and quiet, although it is on the ground floor. The furnishings are pleasantly modern and the bed is very good. The small kitchen is sufficient for a city stay - especially because there is a varied and good restaurant and bar scene in the neighbourhood. The landlords take very good care of us and everything worked out perfectly.
