Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). On the lower ground floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi). Reserved parking (fenced 1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Hübsches Landhaus zwischen Bergen und Meer
Hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Lunigiana (lunigiana world app sehr zu empfehlen)! Vermieter sehr nett, sprechen aber leider nur italienisch, was mit Übersetzerapp problemlos ist. Haus ist komplett eingezäunt, daher sehr für Hundebesitzer zu empfehlen. Ordentlicher Hundestrand am Meer leider relativ weit. Abschließbarer Keller als Abstellraum nutzbar. Sogar an Fliegengitter für die wichtigsten Fenster wurde gedacht (war auch nötig..)! Leider gibt es kein WLAN.

Alles was in orde en goed verzorgd enkel jammer dat de sleutelhouder geen woord over de grens sprak en er geen enkele info over de omgeving e.d aanwezig was . Verder vonden wij het er perfect en willen nog een keer terug om de " rest "te zien

Das wunderschöne Häuschen ist ...
Das wunderschöne Häuschen ist liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man sich wünscht für einen gemütlichen Urlaub mitten in der Natur. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten hat auch unserem Hund prima gefallen. Schade war nur, dass es keine Spazierwege abseits der Strasse gibt in der näheren Umgebung des Hauses trotz wunderbarem Wald. Reisetipps: Es hat sehr schöne Städtchen in der näheren oder weiteren Umgebung: z.B. Fivizzano, Lerici, Sarzana, Pietrasanta, Lucca.

Sehr schönes, gut eingerichtet...
Sehr schönes, gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus im Nordwesten der Toskana an der Grenze zu Ligurien. Das Haus hat alles, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Der Eigentümer des Hauses war bereits am Anreisetag sehr entgegen kommend (wir hatten leider mehrere Stunden Stau) und hat uns das Haus dann gegen 20:00 Uhr übergeben. Allerdings sollte man die italienische Sprache zumindest einigermaßen beherrschen, da der Vermieter nur italienisch spricht. Dann waren sind persönliche Gespräche,Telefonateund ggf. SMS kein Problem.Einkaufen kann man im nahen Pallerone (Supermarkt) oder in Aulla (ca. 5 Kilometer entfernt). Reisetipps: Unbedingt ansehen sollte man sich die Festungen in Aulla und in Fosdinovo. Auch die Marmorbrüche in Carrara und die römischen Ausgrabungen in Luni sind nur ca. 20 Kilometer entfernt. Besonderes Highlight sind die Cinque Terre, ein wunderschöner Landstrich in Ligurien. Hier empfiehlt es sich mit der Bahn von Aulla bis La Spezia und von dort weiter zu reisen. Fahrtkosten bisLa Spezia im September 2016 7,00 Euro (Hin– und zurück). Die Eintrittskarte zum Nationalpark Cinque Terre beinhaltet auch die Zugfahrt zu den 5 Dörfern.

Sehr schön und gepflegt .Itali...
Sehr schön und gepflegt .Italienisch Kenntnisse wären nicht schlecht da Vermieter kein Wort Englisch spricht. Reisetipps: Unbedingt Fahrrad (Rennrad) mit nehmen. Sehr schön zum radeln
