The Four Seasons Hualalai Resort is the only AAA 5-Diamond resort on the Big Island, and has received numerous other accolades since opening 26 years ago. As you would expect from a Four Seasons property, the facilities are spectacular and the service is impeccable. With 5 pools, 2 golf courses, 8 tennis courts, the highest rated spa in Hawaii, and a Kids for All Seasons camp, there is something for everybody. Some of the more unique amenities include a snorkeling pond stocked with tropical fish, Eagle Ray feeding, and a sandy bottomed, zero entry childrens' pool and play area. You will be able to enjoy major improvements made to the resort over this period including a new Palm Grove adult pool, new and expanded Kings Pond, renovated and expanded spa with new gym equipment, new restaurants (Beach Tree and Ulu) fronting the ocean, and addition of more retail.


By staying in an owner's condo, guests have full access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort just like hotel guests do, but with the spaciousness and convenience of staying in a house. Guests have full charging privileges at the hotel and its outlets, as well as use of the Residential Concierge during your stay to assist with all manner of arrangements both within and outside of the resort. Getting around the resort is easy as you have use of TWO E-Z Go golf carts (4 seater and a 6 seater. Compared to booking multiple rooms/suites at the hotel, a 3 bedroom villa is more convenient for families and bigger groups, not to mention cost effective. The two master bedrooms have king size beds with on-suite bathrooms for privacy. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The full gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, with Sub Zero, Wolf, and Bosch appliances, including an outdoor Wolf grill. There is also an office nook for privacy. Views from the two lanais (balconies) are breathtaking.

We are proud, long standing Hualalai homeowners. After first honeymooning here in 1997, we continue to enjoy all the resort has to offer with our growing family when we can. It truly is a wondrous spot and creates memories that you will cherish for a lifetime. Treat yourself to the best on the Big Island, and don't leave your vacation to chance! Access to Amenities and Services at the Four Seasons Hualalai is available at cost below (Daily Guest Resort Fees listed as daily per adult (& child 14yrs and older); children 5yrs to 13yrs are 50% of Adult rate, and children under 4 and under are complimentary). Can be used for part of your stay (must be contiguous days). The resort will charge your account directly. Please note that during the various “Peak” seasons (i.e., when the daily fee is higher than $70), the resort also holds back some of the chaises directly fronting the pools for hotel guests (however all other chaises remain first come first served, and also services by Four Seasons staff), and also the Beach Tree restaurant won’t take advanced dinner reservations.

This unit is one of my favourites on the FS property. The view is spectacular and the unit is beautifully laid out and furnished. I really prefer the single level layout of this unit for my family and the second level is a bonus. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking gadgets and utensils, the beds and linens are top quality, and the property is very well maintained. All communication and arrangements with the owner were seamless and prompt. We enjoyed a wonderful week at the resort delighting in all the amenities. Golf cart ride to the resort between 5-10 minutes. I can not recommend this property enough.

Keenan's home was very comfortable and lovely, with awesome views. Keenan was very responsive to questions. The Hualalai resort is exceptional and this place is a great way to experience it.
