About this property

FeWo Hipp No. 1 - 84m² on the ground floor with terrace and mountain view in a top location

Our apartment in Moorbadstr. 3 in the Buching / Berghof district comprises 84m² of living space on the ground floor of a new building and was completed at the end of 2015. Living room / kitchen are very bright, with a view of the Buchenberg. The 20m² terrace in front belongs to the apartment. From the edge of the garden you can see Neuschwanstein Castle (when visibility is good). Bathroom and bedroom each have a large window on the west side (natural stone light wells), whereby the bedroom is a little darker due to the slope and room size. All rooms have underfloor heating. In the bathroom, light / sand-colored tiles were chosen and all other floors are made of high-quality oak-look vinyl. Access to the apartment is via the path / the outside stairs on the east side. There are two parking spaces on the opposite side of the street.

Fresh bed linen and towels as well as kitchen rolls, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, vacuum cleaners, spices, tea etc. are of course available.

Free WiFi is available to our guests. A 40 inch television with 5.1 surround sound, a small DVD collection and a Playstation is also available, as is a small board game collection and a radio.

You can park bicycles and prams in our lockable garage. In winter, wooden sledges (with and without a child seat) are available free of charge.

Arrival from 3 p.m. and departure by 10 a.m. Earlier arrival or later departure are possible in consultation with the landlord, provided that no other guests arrive or depart on the same day.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, the remaining amount is due in cash on arrival.

Cancellation policy: Free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Up to 14 days before arrival 50%. Please understand that in the event of short-term cancellations, the full travel price must be paid, provided that we are unable to rent the apartment again in a short period of time.

Final cleaning: We ask our guests to leave the apartment "swept clean" on departure.

Tourist tax per night: adults € 0.95 (May-September € 1.10), children 7-17 years € 0.65 (May-September € 0.70), children up to 6 years are free.
The free guest card "HalblechCard" is included in the visitor's tax.

Wohlfühlort
Wir haben eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung von Verena und Martin verbracht und haben uns rundum wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Bei Fragen wurde umgehend geantwortet und geholfen. Der Kontakt war super angenehm und freundlich und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
