Nice house with 3 apartments in a sunny residential area, above the bypass of Scuol. Only about a 10-minute walk into the center and a few steps from the local and ski bus stop. Reserved garage box.

Modern 3 1/2-room apartment with a spacious, bright living room. Large south-west garden seat (approx. 20m2) with a great panoramic view of the Lower Engadine mountains. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Two spacious double bedrooms. Bathroom with bathtub (with integrated shower cubicle), toilet, and double washbasin. Flat TV with Swisscom reception, Nespresso coffee machine, free WiFi.

The prices include:
- Bed linen (the beds are made according to the number of people)
