Bright 3 ½-room apartment on the first floor. Quiet and sunny location. Living / dining room with fireplace and balcony. TV, radio, WLAN and telephone. Separate kitchen with oven. Bedroom with double bed. Bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom (bath/toilet/sink) with window. Separate toilet. Sauna, laundry room and waxing room for common use. Garage. Pets are allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa CrestAlta was built in 1980 in the Engadine style and is located at the entrance of the village. The Corvatsch cableway is within walking distance (5 minutes). Cross-country skiing runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The sports centre Mulets can be reached by foot. During the season busses run every half hour in any direction. A huge variety of other sports can be practised in St. Moritz.

Ausserordentlich freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert: wir kommen gerne wieder. Gutes Konzept Alles war sehr sauber, modern, grosszügig, bequem und ausserordentlich ruhig. Viel Verbesserungspotenzial wäre bei der Verdunkelung im Schlafzimmer: die Rollos dienen diesem Zweck nicht so gut: ein Nachtvorhang wäre toll. Auch bei der Ausstattung der Küche wäre wünschenswert: die Bratpfannen sind sehr einfach und nicht wirklich gut erhitzbar für z.B.Fleisch (Alupfannen); eine grössere Wasserpfanne wäre gut. Auch eine Gratin-/ Wähenform für den Backofen wäre super. Mehr Gemüse-Rüstmesser und 1 richtiges Brotmesser. Grössere Trinkgläser ab 3 dl wären auch schön (es sind nur kleine Gläser mit ca 1.5 dl vorhanden. Sonst ist wirklich alles super!

Arredamento moderno, spazi interni e terrazza accoglienti e2 servizi dei bagni utili per noi che eravamo in 4 persone. Appartamento indicato per Famiglie. Con parcheggio auto a disposizione molto efficiente.

Herzlichen Dank, gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank für die unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe an meine Schwester sowie problemlose Rückgabe spätnachmittags nach unserer Rückkehr vom Corvatsch. Einziger Wunsch: - mehr Spültabs für Abwaschmaschine bereitlegen, oder Hinweis, wo es mehr hat. Wir haben erst am Abreisetag gesehen, dass es im Putzschrank mehr hatte. - Spülmittel in Küche bereitstellen - in Sauna war kein Bodenwischer da, wir hätten gerne den Boden abgezogen - evtl. eine Info zur weissen Fernbedienung? Wir wussten nicht, wofür die ist? - Fensterscheibe waren etwas dreckig. Saubere sind kein Must, aber es fiel auf, da die Sonne so herrlich hereingeschienen hat. Den Punkt führen wir nur auf, da Sie Feedback wünschen/Verbesserungspotential. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, da top sauber! Das Küchenextra mit den Gewürzen & Öl war super, denn das hatten wir gar nicht erwartet (und selber mitgebracht, da unüblich in einer Ferienwohnung). Küche super ausgerüstet, wir hatten alles zum Kochen, inkl. Raclette Ofen.
