About this property

Cabin in the Pike - Your Mountain Vacation Retreat

Unique little cabin home nestled in the Pike National Forest just Southwest of Denver.

Primarily designed for two people (Only 1 queen bed), additional sofa sleeper. Both the bed and sofa are located adjacent to each other in an open loft.

Located just seven miles west of Sedalia on Highway 67 and only minutes from Castle Rock, this quaint get-away is close to many of Colorado's finest attractions. Superb fishing in the Platte River, excellent hiking and mountain bike trails, combined with accessibility to Denver's nightlife make this a wonderful romantic hide-away.

Only 45 minutes from Colorado Springs, attractions such as the Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods, and Pikes Peak are top on your list of things to see.
Due to the high deck levels and the occasional visits from our furry forest neighbors (deer, elk, fox, coyote, bear) Cabin in the Pike is not appropriate for young guests. We have a strict age limit of 14 or older. Please inquire if you have any questions.

Anniversary Celebration
Excellent cabin with everything provided that you might need. Location is central to many great activities as well as restaurants and still remains remote enough to feel disconnected. Customer Service is far and away better than what was expected and what you receive in most instances today.

Cozy peaceful mountain stay
Coming from the flatlands of Illinois this cozy cabin was everything we had hoped for. A Hiking trail just outside the door, sightings of mule deer and turkeys, afternoon thunderstorms and cool mountain air. We had a lovely stay and look forward to visiting again!
