Spectacular beach front home on Lake Michigan

This home has been COMPLETELY remodeled! NEW OWNERS JUST PURCHASED HOME & are Parade of Home Builders. Roosevelt Cottage has new cabinets, new bathrooms, new stainless steel appliances, & hard wood flooring throughout!! Home is furnished beautifully, including custom built pieces. Home is located in a quiet area directly ON Lake Michigan with its own private beach. There is 700 sq. ft. of new TREX decking overlooking Lake Michigan, complete with lounge chairs to watch the sunsets.

We DO have stairs to the beach and a beach to thoroughly enjoy the lake!! The private beach is around 125feet with beach. We also have a fun outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after the beach.

Roosevelt Cottage has 3 large bedrooms (Sleeps 10-12), two with direct views of the lake. The cottage has 3 full bathrooms 2 on the main floor and 1 upstairs. Other features include a spacious kitchen (all new including appliances) and dining area, living area with large picture windows with a lake view. Dining room accommodate 8 people at the table and 4 at the kitchen counter. A perfect spot to spend time with loved ones, spend a honeymoon, or just rest and recharge.

Each bedroom has their own Smart TV and DVD players. We have a large Smart Tv in the living area for the rainy day movies. We have YouTube TV, plus you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc.

We have a fire pit just off the deck and a Sonos speaker system to play your own music! Local wood stand within walking distance from the cottage. You can visit Roosevelt Cottage virtually on our Facebook(#rooseveltcottage) page or on Instagram(@roosevelt_cottage)before your stay too.

June-Labor Day Weekend, 2021 we rent full weeks only with a turn over day on Saturday. Check out our other property by SilverLake, Michigan Vrbo3196476.

Please...no pets. Unfortunately due to prior renters we do not rent to individuals attending Electric Forest. We also don't rent through craigslist if you find a listing with our house its a Fraud. Nana's Lake Michigan Family Vacation
This is a beautiful home on Lake Michigan, bright, clean and plenty of room with wonderful lake views from every window. The beach is spectacular and was enjoyed by everyone. Nana watched most of the activity from the deck and could tell everyone was enjoying themselves. We were blessed with great weather. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Superb!
My family and I have stayed at many VRBO vacation homes and have enjoyed most (one exception). Our 2023 stay was by far one that checked all the boxes. It was CLEAN, roomy, beautifully decorated, and accessible for all 9 of us. The beach and the Blackstone really put this vacation over the top (plus the weather was perfect).

This is a little cottage set on the hill that over looks Lake Michigan. It's meant to be a fun family time for people to come and enjoy. There is a lovely beach with about 75 steps to get down to the beach.

Why they chose this property

This is a great house with large bedrooms, brand new kitchen, and freshly remodeled. We also have over 100 feet of water front. There is also beach.
