This beautiful and cozy Non smoking apartment is located in 1. OG and has about 58 sqm. In a side street, yet close to the center, you can spend relaxing days here.

The apartment has a seating area and partially covered balcony overlooking the Mühlkanal. Sun tired from noon to the sunset. 1 bedroom with double bed (1.8 x 2m), a spacious living room, incl. TV with satellite channels and radio, as well as a dining area for 4 people. A well equipped kitchen u. a. with dishwasher and bathroom with shower, bathtub, washing machine and dryer and separate toilet.

This object is equipped for 2 adults. The living room has a small sofa bed for max. 2 children. The holiday apartment includes 1 underground parking space. Bicycles can also park in the underground car park. The apartment is rented without linen. Bed linen (single mattresses), towels etc. please bring your own.

This apartment is also longer term rent. Price on request. With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible. The final cleaning is included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community. In a few minutes you are on the shores of Lake Constance, the town center, the train station, the bakery, butcher and supermarket around the corner, the open-air swimming pool with lake access and the pier of Lake Constance.

Septemberurlaub am Bodensee
Die Ferienwohnung am Rande von Langenargen hat uns gut gefallen. Die gesamte Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Pfannen und Töpfe in der Küche waren von guter Qualität und wackelten nicht auf dem Herd. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner im Badezimmer sind gerade für einen Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern sehr vorteilhaft. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist nicht unbedingt für "Fahranfänger" :-) geeignet. Jedoch mit etwas Übung und Vorsicht auch mit einem Kombi ganz gut zu erreichen. Die naheliegende Bahnstrecke ist in der Wohnung praktisch nicht zu hören. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zudem auf der abgewandten Seite der Bahnlinie. Der Penny ist in gut 3 min Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern wurde zwar hauptsächlich per E-Mail getätigt, aber trotzdem stets schnell und zielführend. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sauber und die Ausstattung ist umfangreich . Die Matratzen im SZ sind sehr angenehm , nicht zu weich . Das Klappsofa ist 1,40m und sehr unbequem, schon ein älteres Modell was bei jeder Bewegung knarrt und quietscht. Das schlimmste für uns war der direkte Blick auf die Straße mit der Schranke und den Bahnschienen, alle 20 min und bis abends 23 Uhr fuhren die Züge in einem Wahnsinns Tempo vorbei, so dass man es auch oftmals spürte wenn man auf dem Balkon saß. Was auch ein ( für mich ) absoluter Kritikpunkt ist, es gibt keinen Wäscheständer.

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Sie war zweckmässig eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Und mit dem kleinen Balkon auch gemütlich.
