About this property

Fantastic chalet for 8 persons directly at the nature reserve

4 bedrooms for 8 persons, directly at the ski, sun terrace, 2 balconies.

The chalet is situated in a quiet sunny location in Hochkrimml-Duxeralm, right at the foot of the Gerlosplatte 1650m above sea level, overlooking the nature reserve.

The house is child friendly with Tripp-Trapp- highchair, toys (Barbie, Lego, cars) and children's books (Walt Disney, storybooks).

They have four separate bedrooms, 2 of which are accessible on the top floor via a steep staircase. On the ground floor a spacious living room with dining area for at least 8 people and a cozy lounge corner, LED TV with cable channels, a hi-fi stereo system, and a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker etc.

Enjoy the sun on the large terrace, and two spacious balconies.

You can use the free Wi-Fi.

Bed linen and towels or Beach towels can be booked.

Two reserved parking spaces in front of the house are available.

Hele goede vakantie.
Goed verblijf, alleen jammer dat je vanuit het huis weinig uitzicht op de bergen heb daarvoor moet je echt buiten staan. Vanuit de woonkamer zie je voor alleen andere huizen en achter kijk je tegen bomen aan en als je op het terras zit kijk je tegen de bomen aan en een hoog gebouw. In de zomer is het een heerlijke rustige locatie. Tip zorg wel voor dat je een zaklamp bij je hebt, daar er in Hochkrimmel totaal geen straatverlichting aanwezig is

Beeindruckende Bergwelt
Wir durften 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Hochkrimml verbringen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und einladend. Die Treppe zum obersten Stockwerk ist, wie schon von Anderen erwähnt, sehr steil und eng, was aber für unsere Teenies kein Problem war. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und im Sommer sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Den Brötchenlieferservice haben wir gerne in Anspruch genommen. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub für uns, gerne wieder.
