Feel comfortable in a lovingly modernized half-timbered house near the Baltic Sea in a modern, comfortable atmosphere.
Our house is located in the town of Kröpelin, in the immediate vicinity of the historic market square and offers numerous amenities for a relaxing holiday. It is only 9 km to the Baltic Sea to Kühlungsborn, and the marina is a hit in the evening! A beautiful natural beach is in Rerik, 12 km away. A trip to Warnemünde is extremely worthwhile, in 30 minutes you are on the old river, from Kühlungsborn you can also take a wonderful boat trip there. The center of Rostock invites you to stroll, there is also a zoo, 20 km away. A trip to the Bad Doberan Minster is worthwhile (8 km) and the old town of Wismar with its many historical buildings is worth seeing (35 km).
The entire house is available for your sole use. The approx. 80 m² living space (ground floor and upper floor) are provided with free WiFi. Here you will find two bedrooms, each with two box-spring beds (180 cm wide), two living rooms, each with HD TV, and further sleeping options on a couch and a fold-out sofa, as well as a modern kitchen with all appliances and kitchen island, plus a modern one on each floor Bathroom with floor-to-ceiling showers.
In the cozy courtyard you can end the Baltic Sea days comfortably. A grill is ready for you. Bed linen and sufficient towels are included. Check in 15.00, Monday to Friday 5.00, check out 11.00!

Nettes Ferienhaus
Es ist ein nettes Ferienhaus in Kröpelin. Von dort kann man zentral in alle Richtungen mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub dort verbracht.

Schöner Urlaub an der Ostsee
In dem Ferienhaus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von Kröpelin aus sind viele Ziele an der Ostsee und Städte wie Wismar, Rostock und Schwerin leicht erreichbar.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kinder haben die obere Etage mit Bad und Schlafzimmer eingenommen und hatten dazu noch sehr viel Platz, um sich mit ihren Spielsachen breit zu machen. Beide Schlafzimmer sind mit einem sehr gemütlichen Boxspringbett ausgestattet, in denen wir sehr gut gelegen haben. Leider war der Schlaf für uns Eltern dennoch nicht sehr erholsam, da aufgrund der Bauweise des Hauses vorbeigehende Menschen sehr gut zu hören waren. Mit dem Beginn des morgendlichen Berufsverkehrs war auch unsere Nacht dann vollends vorbei. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es auf den umliegenden Straßen, allerdings gestaltete sich die Suche danach aufgrund der vielen Einbahnstraßen und der begrenzten Stellplätze teilweise schwierig. Wir haben dennoch wunderschöne Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen unternommen und die Auszeit sehr genossen.
