Warm air and a soft breeze. Relaxing shade from wonderful green trees. All around nothing but nature. A glass of cold delicious Istrian wine. Villa Vita is a truly unique holiday home, a small air-conditioned wooden house, with one bedroom, and a huge spacious garden with a pool, comfy outside sofa, barbecue with a dining table and a hammock.
It is located on the eastern shore of Istria, near the town of Labin, only 4 kilometers from the nearest beach. The house is set among the trees in a fenced property of 3000 sqm, providing complete privacy.
The house has one bedroom, a living room with a comfortable sofa that can be used as a bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The property offers an abundance of activities for children, making it a fun-filled paradise. Alongside an enticing pool and two outdoor showers, it also boasts a trampoline, basketball hoop, and a versatile field for volleyball or badminton games. Additional amenities include a table tennis setup, climbing frame, and a swing.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche im Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Garten. Das Gelände ist wirklich sehr weitläufig und es gab jede Menge Spielmöglichkeiten und zu entdecken für unsere Kinder (1 und 4 Jahre alt). Auch die Ziegen mussten direkt jeden Morgen begrüßt werden. Bei traumhaftem Wetter konnten wir viel Zeit im Garten und auf der Veranda verbringen und es wurde wirklich nie langweilig. Zum sehr schönen Strand in Rabac sind es 10-15min mit dem Auto. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Unvergesslicher Urlaub in der Villa Vita
Wir haben mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Vita verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und schön und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Grundstück ist unglaublich. Dort herrscht eine besondere Energie und man kann sich hervorragend erholen. Die Kinder können sich auf dem großen Grundstück frei bewegen und mochten besonders die Ziegen und den Pool. Zudem ist die Villa sehr zentral gelegen, Supermärkte und Strände rund um Rabac sind schnell zu erreichen. Walter ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der gute Empfehlungen für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc. hat. Zurück im Alltag denken wir gerne an unseren Urlaub dort zurück und vermissen diesen perfekten Ort jetzt schon. Ganz sicher kommen wir bald zurück.

-nice, well maintained and clean house with all facilities available -domain was very beautiful, private, peaceful and ideal for relaxing -beach and village are close by -Walter is very helpful and friendly, ideal host. Entspannung garantiert
Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen, da das sehr gepflegte Grundstück mit Ferienhaus etwas abseits lag, wir aber bei Bedarf in 7 Autominuten im Ort Einkaufsmöglichkeiten jeglicher Art vorfanden. Verschiedene Bademöglichkeiten (Strand oder abgelegenere Buchten) waren in 20 Autominuten erreichbar. Unser immer freundlicher Gastgeber hatte wunderbare Tips für uns und so vergingen die 14 Tage mit einer Mischung aus Erlebnis- und Genießerurlaub wie im Flug. Unsere Labradorhündin hat sich auf dem sehr großen und durch einen schönen Baumbestand beschatteten Grundstück auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können dieses Domizil sehr empfehlen und kommen sehr gern wieder.
