In our detached family home with direct access to the sea,
you rent the lower flat. It awaits you in an absolutely relaxing location:

In the garden around the house and on the various terraces by the
terraces by the swimming pool, which is available to all guests of Villa Rockpoint, there are sun loungers and a barbecue area for a relaxing holiday.
A small stone staircase leads directly to the bay.

Maison superbe
La maison est conforme à l'annonce sauf au niveau de la climatisation car c'est précisé qu'il y a une climatisation hors il y a deux climatisations portatives qui ne peuvent couvrir la surface de l'appartement. De plus une des chambres n'a pas de fenêtre donc les nuits deviennent irrespirables. De plus il n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce que la climatisation est payante en fin de séjour en fonction de la consommation.... Hormis cette problématique c'est l'odeur d'égout présente en permanence qui gâche un peu ce petit paradis. Pour le reste c'est une superbe maison très bien équipée notamment au niveau de la cuisine. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison située à 20 minutes d’Alicante. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement, l’équipement et la petite crique juste en bas de la maison qui nous donnait souvent l’impression d’être seuls au monde. Merci à Ernesto pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. A recommander.

Excellent family villa
Stunning location on the rocks with wonderful views of the sea, El Campello and Benidorm. Several terraces to seek a different view, some shade or peace and quiet. Swimming off the rocks just a few steps out of the door. Fantastic host who couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely go back again.

Breathtaking Views
The house is well located. The views are amazing and give you some peace. Everything went well and Ernst was very helpful if needed. He occupied the upstairs appartement but tried to respect our privacy as we were enjoying the backstairs appartement with the garden , private terrasses and private pool. The house is not as well equiped as it could be especially for the price. But when you look at the sea it kinds of remind you why choose that place.
