The (non-smoking) apartment on the ground floor is in close proximity to the attractive Rüttenscheider Str. With its variety of shops and restaurants.
The Folkwang Museum is directly opposite; Aalto Theater, Messe Essen, Gruga-Park, university clinic and the judicial district are within walking distance.
You can reach Essen City by tram or in 15 minutes on foot.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and access to the balcony, the daylight shower room is new. The bedroom has a double bed (180x200)
equipped, the sofa in the living room can be folded out. The facility includes a radio / DVD player and a flat screen TV, WiFi is available.

Schöne zentral gelegene Wohnung
Lage: zentral und dennoch keine Parkplatzprobleme, mehrere gute Restaurants und auch das Messegelände sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wohnung: liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit top ausgestatteter Küche, hinten heraus ruhig mit schönem kleinen Balkon. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Gelungener Kurzurlaub mit Schwerpunkt Tennis (Senioren).
Teilnahme am Tennishallenturnier für Senioren in der Hafenstraße war möglich. PKW Parkplatzfindung hat auch geklappt. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein Gedicht, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der persönliche Empfang erspart Stress. Ruhige obwohl zentral gelegene Wohnung. Sehr freundliche, erfahrene und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

Great place to stay!!!
Gertrud was super responsive, and very accessible should we need her. The place was very clean and within walking distance to everything. We used the uber scooters everywhere, which got us from the door to the convention centre in 6.5 minutes. We will stay here again for sure!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung günstig gelgen zwischen zwei Straßenbahnhaltestellen
Für zwei, oder auch dreit (Sofa im Wohnzimmer) Personen ist die Wohnung super, auch für längere Aufenthalte. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, das Wohnzimmer auch, mit Schreibtisch und großem TV. Internet sehr gut. 200 Meter rechts aus der Tür ist der Rüttenscheider Stern, 300 Meter links aus der Tür die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Gemarkplatz. Der Hauptbahnhof ist ruckzuck zu erreichen. Läden, Cafés, das Uniklinikum, das Folkwanmusemus, alles ganz in der Nähe. Vermieterin ist sehr nett und flexibel.
