Living in the musicians' quarter. The Riemann apartment is particularly characterized by the elaborate stucco work. The apartment in the beautiful music district of Leipzig, named after the street in which it is located, was renovated in a Wilhelminian style house with high-quality materials and decorated with attention to detail. The proximity to the Federal Administrative Court, the university library and the large city park offers numerous opportunities to get to know the city. Just a 10 minute walk from the city center and directly to the southern suburbs you are right in the center of the most beautiful cafes and bars. And if you want to explore the extensive lake landscape in the south or the floodplain forests in the north of Leipzig, two city bikes are available free of charge during your stay.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, gute Kommunikation und wir haben es genossen mit den zwei Fahrrädern Leipzig und Umgebung zu erkunden.

früher schönes Apt., heute etwas vernachlässigt
Vorteile: - angenehme Lage - angenehm ruhig im Haus - Gründerzeitatmoshäre mit hohen Decken und Stuck - kleine Küchenzeile Nachteile: - besonders unter´m Bett stark verschmutzt - 3 Lampen defekt :-( - Fliesen im Batt zerbrochen - Duschtür undicht (Pfütze im Bad) - als wir in der Nacht ankamen, war die FeWo vollkommen ausgekühlt (Heizung im Winter komplett abgedreht) - dünnes Bettzeug, keine zusätzlichen Wolldecken vorhanden, sehr gefroren
