The very friendly, bright and quiet apartment (about 40 square meters) can accommodate up to three persons (one bedroom with double bed, sofa bed in lounge, a cot is available). A special highlight is the large balcony that is accessible from both the living room and bedroom. The kitchenette (fridge, stove and microwave) allows self-sufficiency. The apartment is equipped with a TV and a CD player. The bright daylight has a bath with shower attachment. The garden can be shared. In the basement there is a washer and dryer, which can be used at a low price. The apartment is very quiet.

A beautifully located inn with beer garden (the greenstone parlor) can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. A bakery (with bread delivery service) is located about 400 meters away, other shops for daily needs and inns / restaurants about 1 km.

The apartment has its own parking space. 200 meters is also a bus stop; by bus leads both to Koenigssee and to Berchtesgaden.
