The cottage has a great location in a cottage settlement. Here you can enjoy the view, lie in the sun or relax in the hot tub. (Outdoor whirlpool for a fee, to be arranged with the owner before arrival).

The house is located directly on the fjord with sandy beaches, a playground, a smaller soccer field and a small boat harbor with a common filleting table and slipway. You can also rent a boat and thus explore the fjord on your own and take exciting fishing trips or a boat trip to the restaurant in Søndeled. There are also beautiful hiking opportunities in the area. The wooden house town Risør, Tvedestrand, Arendal and Kragerø are not far away and are very lively in the summer months. Risør offers among other things restaurants, cafes, stores and a salt water aquarium as well as various cultural activities and different festivals, for example the wooden boat festival and the chamber music festival. The small zoo Den Lille Dyrehage in Brokelandsheia is only 13 km away. If you are a larger group that wants to vacation together, cottage N36154 is located in the same cottage settlement.
