About this property

Holiday house with pool and sauna in the middle of the forest on the Elbe bike path

Our holiday home was completely renovated in early 2015 and is located on a 1600 m² fenced property for sole use.
In addition to the barbecue area, the holiday home has a sauna and a covered pool, which can be heated with a heat pump. This can be used from May to September without any problems.
The pool is available for sole use and is not visible. The property is located in the middle of the Middle Elbe Biosphere Reserve and the Elbe meadows are approx. 30 m away.

Ruhige schöne lage mitten im wald
Elbradweg vor der tür. Spielplatz, Restaurant gleich gegenüber. Unsere 3 hunde fühlten sich sehr wohl, alles eingezäunt und ausbruchsicher. Durch die waldlage ideal für gassirunden.

Schöner Urlaub
Die Anreise war unkompliziert mit der Beschreibung des Anbieters. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und auch Wünsche (wir haben uns einen Schuhanzieher gewünscht) wurden prompt umgesetzt. Das Haus war ausserordentlich sauber, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden für den täglichen Bedarf. Gleich nebenan ist ein sehr leckeres Restaurant, welches das Essen sogar ins Ferienhaus bringt! Allerdings sind dort am Wochenende auch oft Veranstaltungen, an denen man- ob man will oder nicht- zumindest akkustisch teilnimmt. Das Ferienhaus ist aus Holz gebaut, dadurch leider auch sehr hellhörig.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit einen kleinen Manko
Ein Manko hat die Bewertung leider auf 1 Stern zurück gesetzt. Für manche unerheblich, für manche gibt es kaum etwas wichtigeres. Erstmal zum Guten: Wir sind im Oktober für eine Woche im Ferienhaus gewesen. Online-Fotos sind sehr veraltet. Dennoch nicht schlimm. Sondern jetzt noch wesentlich besser! Lage drumherum: Absolut schön!!! Nur Wald drumherum! Für Oktober auf jeden Fall für Pilzsammler der Ort der Orte! Im Sommer wird es eher "lautstark". Das Restaurant ist praktisch gegenüber, draußen scheinen im Sommer auch Stände aufzuhaben. Absolut klasse! Aber wer Ruhe sucht, sollte tatsächlich außerhalb der Sommermonate dort sein. Haus: Sauber von oben bis unten!!! Kein Staub, kein Dreck in den Ecken, Badezimmer blitzeblank! Das 1. Mal, wo ich nicht ein fremdes Haar entdecken "musste" :-D Kein Geruch oder sonstiges. TOP!!! Vielen Dank an die sehr nette Frau aus Lippstadt, die uns das Haus gezeigt hat und dabei wirklich sehr genau und ehrlich war. (Leider den Nachnamen vergessen). War eine sehr nette Begegnung! Jetzt aber leider ein Manko: Am Tag des "Eincheckens" ist der Check-In um 16:00 Uhr. Wir waren sogar mehr als 1,5 Std. vorher vor Ort. Durch kleinere Komplikationen haben wir auch noch nicht eingecheckt, da wir alle vollzählig sein wollten. Es war ja auch noch 1,5 Std. Zeit. Ich wurde allerdings schon um 15:00 Uhr angerufen (ist auch ok). Wir teilten mit, dass wir noch warten müssen. Wurde angenommen, ABER: Um 15:20 Uhr wurde ich wieder von dem Herren angerufen, der mich praktisch "gedrängt" hat JETZT sofort einzuchecken, weil die Kollegin doch gerne Feierabend machen möchte...... Ok... Geht für mich als Gast absolut gar nicht!!!! Ich denke das muss ich nicht kommentieren. Es wurde nicht mal mitgeteilt, dass man evtl. hätte schon morgens einchecken können (als Beispiel). 2. Manko: Bowling..... Das Bowling war super! Mega Anlage, Preis absolut okay, alles andere auch. ABER: Als wir uns um 20:30 Uhr gerne noch in das Restaurant setzten wollten (um nen Bierchen zu trinken und noch eine Kleinigkeit zu essen), wurden wir praktisch "rauszitiert".... Es würde gleich geschlossen werden..... Bude war aber voll..... selbst bis 22 Uhr wäre noch genügend Zeit gewesen. Okay, muss man nicht kommentieren.... Geht für mich als Gast wieder mal absolut gar nicht! Klar, sind keine Sommermonate, aber schon echt gastunfreundlich sowas! Und das vom Feinsten! Aber ansonsten: Sehr schönes Haus, super Anlage, wundervolle Umgebung! Vielen Dank!
