Open your door and you are in the heart of Laguna Beach and the main street. STEPS TO FOREST ST and MAIN BEACH!!
The walk to main beach is 2 blocks or 2/10 of a mile. PLEASE CHECK CALENDAR FOR AVAILABILTY! The calendar is up to date. RATES ARE AS STATED.

Walk to the MAIN part of town, to main beach, shopping, movies, dinner and even the pageant. You can’t beat this location!!!!!!!!!! Many places claim they are near town, but if you can't walk into town, traffic and parking is impossible in Laguna. You wont need your car for ANYTHING, but if do want to leave the main part of Laguna, my home is across the street from the FREE trolley. This is the central station, so you can take the trolley anywhere you want for FREE!!! You are also a five minute walk from the world famous Pageant of the Masters! If you have not heard of this event of have not gone, it is a must!!! It is only a summer event and it changes every summer. People travel from all over to just come to this event!

Not only is the location ideal, but the home is ADORABLE!!!! The home is charming with hardwood floors, a great deck with comfortable lounge furniture and BBQ, a sun room and views of the canyon and mountain side.
The bed is a cal king size sleep select bed with memory foam and there is also a extra large couch that is comfortable for sleeping. There is also an air mattress bed.
I live in the home in front of this cottage and am always near by if you need anything but the unit is private from the main home with your own separate entrance and outdoor area.
Don't miss this irresistible cottage IN TOWN! This house has all the charm that makes you want to visit Laguna over and over again.

It also has a PARKING SPOT (MUCH NEEDED IN LAGUNA)!

Perfect beach house
We stayed for a week in this great little place. The location is absolutely perfect. Walkable to the main beach and all the restaurants and shops in town. The yard is awesome with the hot tub, seating and even outdoor tv. The cottage is very well equipped with everything you’ll need. Tara the owner was very helpful and responsive with a our few questions ! Will definitely book again.

Laguna Beauty
This was our first time in California and it was fantastic. Tara’s place was very nice; exactly as advertised. Location was perfect; suite is a good size for 2 people only; patio area outside well thought out; very homey. Outside tv was a nice touch. Bedroom window ac was very loud and did not really cool off the room; this would have been more of a problem if it was warmer outside. Kitchen was very small; no real prep space or place to store your groceries. Cabinets were full of dishes etc. Fridge was fantastic. Not suitable for a family. Porch area was kinda neat but honestly an unusable space; except for storage. Beach chairs& umbrella was a definite bonus. Cooler for beach would have been nice. Bathroom was basic/ quite small- no place to store your toiletries and no exhaust fan. Overall a good experience.

So close to everything!
We had a great stay in this place. It was 1-block to a free trolly that travelled up and down the coast and went to many beaches and restaurants. The downtown core was 2 blocks away, and a Whole Foods is very close. Even with a 5 + 9 year old, everything was very walkable. The two TVs and streaming services were a hit with the kids. Thanks for hosting Tara.

Amazing location and beautiful place!
Our family loved staying at this spot - we could walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops in 5-10 minutes. There is hiking trails with in a 5 min drive. The cottage itself was lovely - very comfortable beds and couch. Even though there were 4 of us, there was a comfortable air mattress and plenty of linens. The hot tub was clean and the patio was great to sit in the morning and enjoy a coffee in the sunshine, as well as the evening when the patio lights come on.

Somewhat misrepresented and unorganized
All seemed in order until the property manager had to do something,,,, like provide entry instructions. I was accused of not providing the deposit and final rental documentation, I had e-mailed it, turns out she doesn't really check her e-mails so I received a panicked text two days prior, and didn't receive the entry instructions until 5 minutes before leaving my office the night before leaving for laguna... I thought this reflected a lack of attention to detail and a certain level of unprofessionalism. The pictures on the website generally misrepresent the apartment, there were no cushions outside and the deck area was cramped at best. The apartment was almost freezing at night, the way the heater is set up, the bedroom remains very cold regardless of what you do, yes there are extra heat-lamps in the apartment -- lets just say -- not a winter getaway even if your from Canada. The sofa and chair in the main living area are about 18 inches off the ground so if your over 35 you'll find them very difficult to get out of, these should be replaced with something more comfortable without delay. Also, all the baseboards had a layer of dust on them, they appeared not to have been cleaned for potentially years. The kitchen was generally clean with modern appliances, this was very much appreciated, the location was also good with respect to the town center, but the beach being "walkable" is a bit of a stretch but it depends how much you like to walk and how much you have to carry. I was very disapointed in this rental.
