In general, we rent the house from Sat-Sat on a weekly basis, but make exemptions. Over Christmas the min. stay is usually 2 weeks.
Please ask for it before you create any booking requests.


Please, make sure to enter the correct amount of guests.
You are renting a private owned vacation home and these requirements have to be met, please without delay. After your booking confirmation the following information for the contract is required: the renters name and physical address plus phone number and date of birth and also the names and dates of birth of each guest. It is expected to get the information after the booking and then the contract provided signed back immediately. Without a signed contract the house cannot be secured with the owner and without signed contract we are not allowed to get any access to the house.

Lovely Place for a Getaway
Exactly as advertised. Wonderful house with high ceilings and ample bedrooms and bathrooms to choose from. Spotless. Pool was clean and worked great. Convenient location. Responsive owners sent out handy man on Labor Day weekend to fix minor tub issue. Stocked with everything we could possibly need. Great assortment of chairs, umbrellas, and kids toys for the beach. Kids loved the dragon float!

What a wonderful property in a fantastic location. Home was flawless with everything needed. We all loved the comfort of the beds and bedding. The house easily met all of our standards for a party of 8. The pool and spa were the highlight of our trip, we spent all day everyday enjoying the water. Close drive to restaurants, beaches and shopping. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful property
Truly a beautiful property with plenty of space for family and friends! Gorgeous pool with a view. Just FYI, Make sure to pay attention to the additional fees though! Not only will you have to pay for electric during your stay but it’s taxed at 11.5%.

Family Time
This was the second time we were able to all be together in 17 months. This place was perfect for adults, teenagers, and the little kids. We were on the lanai every night relaxing after a busy day out and some days just relaxed by the pool. The home is as the pictures state.
