About this property

Nice and comfortable house with breathtaking views of the coast, Wi Fi, Parking

Beautiful and comfortable house on the outskirts of the small medieval village of Santa Lucia, in Monteggiori, Versilia on the hill.

The sea is only 9 miles away, and, Pietrasanta, a beautiful village rich in art workshops and exhibitions is only 8 km away.
Lucca and Pisa are about ½ hour drive. The village is situated on a hill opposite the Versilia coast, and the view from there is beautiful. A restaurant is also on site.

Our house is located just 50 meters from the village, and has a large terrace (60m2), from which one enjoys stunning views of the coast. The terrace is also windy, and for this reason, in the summer when the weather is nice and very pleasant.
The house is on three floors:
Ground floor with living room with double bed and fireplace, large fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower.
First floor double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
Second floor double bedroom. The view from room windows is beautiful.
Nearest shops / supermarket are about 5 km. There is a restaurant in the village of Santa Lucia.

Included gas, water, electricity, bedlinen, WI FI connection.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen
Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist komfortabel eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vor allem die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Blick von der Terrasse aus ist gerade zu einmalig! Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und ruhig und trotzdem hat man nur eine kurze Fahrt ans Meer. In Umkreis gibt es auch viele schöne Ausflugsziele. Gerne wieder.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub
Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage, zweckmäßig eingerichtet, idealer Ausgangspunkt zu den Stränden der Versilia und für Ausflüge in die Toscana. Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer und der Verwalterin hat problemlos und zuverlässig geklappt. Herzlichen Dank!

Wunderschöne Aussicht
Wir waren jeden Morgen beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse begeistert von der schönen Aussicht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, die Küche auch, lediglich eine Microwelle fehlt. Das Haus ist sowohl von außen als auch von innen sehr schön renoviert, man sieht die massiven Wände und die gut erhaltenen Holzbalken. Auch wenn wenn es draußen sehr warm ist, drinnen ist es trotzdem angenehm kühl. Alles, auch die Badezimmer, ist sehr sauber. Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub gehabt.

Tolles Haus, phänomenaler Ausblick!
Das Haus befindet sich in einem kleinen Weiler oberhalb von Viareggio. Wir haben jeden Moment genossen! Alles da, was das Herz sich wünscht, die Sonne geht im Oktober hinter dem Haus auf und schleicht sich tagsüber bis zum Sonnenuntergang an und über uns vorbei in's Meer. Einfach wunderbar! Lieben Dank an den Vermieter Giuseppe, der uns die An- und Abreise am Sonntag ermöglicht hat. Danke auch an Daniela, die uns begrüßt und verabschiedet hat, absolut zuverlässig! Der Beschreibung des Hauses ist nichts hinzuzufügen aber auch nichts zu streichen. Übrigens kann man von dort auch direkt ein paar schöne Wanderungen starten - und auch Pisa, Lucca, Florenz und die Cinque Terre sind gut erreichbar.
