Pet Friendly- Spacious 2BR/2BA, ONE BLOCK TO GULF 'The Island Sun'

Across from public beach access, approx 100 yard walk. Book your vacation rental now! Beautiful spacious beach house with 2 bedrooms furnished with king size beds in each bedroom, bunk beds in sunroom for children; ample closet space, 2 full baths; Sleeps 5 comfortably (owner will allow 4 adults, 2 children). Completely furnished. Large flat screen HD television in living room plus TV's in all bedrooms. Beach access across the street.(approx 1 block walk to the beach). All the amenities of staying at your own home versus being in a condo or high rise building. We don't supply beach chairs, umbrella's or towel's.
1 small pet allowed; additional may be negotiated. 1 Crate is supplied with the home in case you need to crate your pet while you are out.
Property is monitored.
Located off Hwy 59 and beach road (at the 'T'). Walking distance to Desotos Rest., , Pink Pony, the Hang Out, Mikee's Seafood, Shrimp Basket and services including a Dollar General. You can also walk to the Shrimp Festival held every year at Hwy 59 & Beach Rd. Watch the fireworks from the porch for the 4th of July. 10 minute ride to the famous 'Wharf' in Orange Beach, with live entertainment, great restaurants, and a movie theatre! 15 minutes to the Foley Outlet Mall. The Gulf State Park with bike trails and the longest fishing pier on the Gulf Coast(1500 feet) is less than a mile away.

Fully equipped eat in kitchen, includes all appliances, inside laundry. Towels & linens are supplied. Mr. Coffee coffee pot. Charcoal grill downstairs. Snow birds welcome!; Dish satellite, local telephone service, wifi internet and full home air purification system. Bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, soap, charcoal, lighter fluid, etc. We do not supply unlimited amounts of products. No beach chairs or beach towels are supplied.

Wonderful Gulf Shores home!
The area this home is in is pretty perfect, close to several restaurants and a close walk to the beach. The home itself is much more spacious even than the photos show, plenty of room to spread out if you need a few minutes alone. It was a perfect spot for our quick beach getaway.

The house was perfect for our family. Close to the beach. House location was nice and quiet. Comfortable bed. Full kitchen, the pots and lans could use updated. Washer and dryer worked great, which was awesome to have! I would stay here again

Home was just as described online. The third bedroom used to be the sunroom but has been transferred to a bed room with four bunkers and works nicely as a third bedroom. The only negative I would mention is it was a little further from the beach than I had expected, but not too far, & not a deal breaker. Wish I could have seen the ocean from the house though, but again not a deal breaker, the owner can’t help that the condos built up between the house and beach. The house was on a dead end street so it was nice and quiet. With all that being said, I would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Comfortable and great location in Gulf Shores
We had a great time at this house! It is very comfortable with 3 bedrooms, one of which has bunk beds. Our 8 year old granddaughter was overjoyed! The kitchen is well equipped and they also have a washer/dryer, which we did not use. The public beach is just on the opposite side of the street, taking about 5 minutes to have our ties in the surf. The location was awesome with several restaurants and a beach market within easy walking distance. The place was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!

My family and I enjoy going to Gulf Shores; I found and bought this special spacious home. We love relaxing on the beach and getting away from it all! Although I come from one of the best restaurant cities in the US I look forward to the excellent food (especially seafood) in the area. Great food, fishing, golfing, biking and shopping all within a few hundred feet of the Gulf and its activities. Prefer weekly rentals for June & July.

Why they chose this property

This location is excellent and convenient near famous Desotos Restaurant, Oyster House, The Hang Out, Bahama Bob etc. Beach access across the street. The East beach continues to Gulf State Park beach and the fishing pier. Large bedrooms with King Size beds, spacious living areas. Near Hwy. 59 & the 'T', (the beach road). Prefer weekly rentals for June & July.

Prefer weekly rentals for June & July. Completely furnished - just bring your personal belongings, relax and enjoy. Excellent location in the middle of most activities but with the privacy of a single family home. Across the street from public beach access.
