About this property

Rest and relax on 150m² in the middle of the Schladming / Dachstein region.

The refurbished property in 2014 is a 10-minute drive from Schladming with a view of the Dachstein massif. In winter the ski bus stops in front of the house. In summer, the starting position is ideal for hiking in the Schladminger Tauern.
The house is in the middle of the green and therefore peace is guaranteed. A large garden for sunbathing with herb beds is available. Three covered parking spaces are available. A beautiful farm with numerous animals (donkeys, rabbits, calves, cats, dwarf pigs, bantams, goats, alpaca) is just 40 m away and invites our little guests to enjoy watching and petting. Child care is also offered there, price on request.

Das Objekt verfügt über 3 Etagen, die oberste Etage ist leider nur zur Hälfte bewohnbar. Die obige Toilette hat leider kein Fenster. Ein angrenzendes Zimmer ist dient nur als Leer-/Lagerraum, das Fenster (fehlender Griff) kann nicht geöffnet werden. Im oberen Bereich besteht ein "FliegenProblem" selbiges wurde an den Vermieter gesondert gemeldet. die Situation ist bekannt und man versucht dem Herr zu werden. Fazit: Für das Einchecken besteht dahingehend noch Potential, da die Reinigung erst sehr spät auf Nachfrage hin (>16h) erfolgen konnte. Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage, der Skibus fährt leider nur 1x/tgl. hin bzw. zurück. Das Haus wäre rund um komplett, wenn die oberste Etage durchweg auf den neusten Stand (wohnhaft) gebracht würde.

Ein super schöner Kurzurlaub
Das Haus entsprach unseren Erwartungen, es war alles da was man für einen Urlaub mit der Familie braucht. Frau Huber ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Wünsche wurden SOFORT umgesetzt. Echt cool!!! Die Umgebung ist ein Traum und wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
