The spicy sea air, the splashing of the water and the babbling of the seagulls provide every season for well-being in our apartment ** AM ANGER ** in Ostseebad Kühlungsborn.

You enjoy peace and relaxation in our apartment ** AM ANGER ** on the ground floor of a redeveloped building turn of the century in Kühlungsborn-West in a quiet yet central location and only 150m from the Baltic Sea with its beautiful sandy beach and the extensive beach promenade with cafes, bistros and Restaurants away. Various shops, but also the city forest, the Kühlungsborn connects East and West, are located in the immediate vicinity.

With the train, the narrow-gauge railway "Molli" or by boat you also have the opportunity to drive in the neighboring villages. Bike rental stations are abundant.

The apartment ** AM ANGER ** offers enough space for 2-3 guests.
From the light-filled living area you have direct access to the south porch and the small "garden". Already in the morning at the breakfast table you can catch the first rays of sunshine on the veranda.
In addition to the double bed in the bedroom, it is possible to use the 1. 40m wide sofa bed in the living area. Also, the setting up of a baby bed in the bedroom of the parents is possible.

W-Lan and parking are of course available.

Oma mit Enkeln
Die Wohnung ist hell, freundlich und ruhig. Der schöne Holzfussboden und der kleine rückwärtige Garten sind optimal für einen Omaurlaub mit kleinem Kind. Leider wurde ein Teil des Geschirrs von den Vormietern nicht sauber hinterlassen. Ich war schon 3x hier und komme auch mit dem nächsten Enkel wieder.

Tolle Altbau Wohnung leider sehr verschmutzt.
Die Wohnung hat eine tolle, ruhige Lage in Strand Nähe (250m). Tolle helle Altbau Wohnung mit hohen Decken mit sehr schönem original Holzdielenboden. Leider ist das mehrmals angesprochen Reinigungsproblem immer noch nicht behoben. Wir machen seit mehr als 10 Jahren Urlaub in Ferienwohnungen, aber eine so schlecht gereinigte Wohnung haben wir noch nie vorgefunden. Der Teppich war verschmutzt und übersäht mit ekligen Flecken; zum Glück konnte wir diesen unter das Bett bei Seite legen. Tischsets auf dem Küchenschrank waren so sehr verstaubt, dass man darauf Staubmuster malen konnte. Die Wohnung hat nicht, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet echte Blumen, sondern Blumen aus Plastik , die ebenfalls völlig verstaubt sind und in denen man Haare und tote Fliegen vorfindet. Das Bettlaken hatte Flecken unter dem Kopfkissen, so dass es durch die Vermieterin getauscht wurde, immerhin hat der Tausch sehr schnell funktioniert. Der Toaster war ebenfalls kaputt und wurde ebenfalls während des Aufenthaltes durch einen Neuen getauscht. Mein Feedback habe ich mit Bildern dokumentiert und der Vermieterin während unserer Urlaubswoche zukommen lassen. Bis auf den Tausch des Bettlakens und des Toaster hat sie sich nicht erkenntlich gezeigt, nicht einmal ein „Danke für die Hinweise“ haben wir bekommen; na ja, Chance verpasst. Was die fehlende Spülmaschine angeht, wäre es ein Leichtes, diese unter dem Kochfeld in der Küche einzubauen, dazu müsste man halt mal etwas Geld investieren. Das Reinigungspersonal legt immerhin schon mal zwei Spülmaschinen Taps bereit, offensichtlich wissen die garnicht, dass es keine Maschine gibt. Fazit: Wir werden das nächste mal nach einer anderen Wohnung in Kühlungsborn Ausschau halten; schade, aber das geht nicht. Wenn man 50€ für Reinigung und 36€ für Wäsche bezahlt erwarten wir, dass die Wohnung und das Bettlaken sauber sind.
