Toller Pool u schöne Lage weitab von allem
Wer gerne kurvige Straßen fährt u die Lage weitab von allem schätz, ist hier genau richtig. Schöner Blick auf Civezza u Olivenhaine. Nur 2 Wohnungen teilen sich den Pool (dort teilweise Meerblick). Da die andere Wohnung frei war, hatten wir zu zweit den Pool u Garten zur alleinigen Verfügung, was herrlich war. Die Zimmer waren sauber, allerdings müsste die Küchenzeile ausgetauscht werden. Die große, schattige Terrasse ist herrlich windig. Sehr gute Pizzeria in Civezza, Einkaufen in Imperia.

Wunderbare Aussicht und Lage
Wir waren im September 2019 in der Fewo Blue Mediterrano. Wir hatten 2 Balkons und von einem eine tolle Aussicht auf das Örtchen Civezza und vom anderen , überdachten , eine Sicht bis auf das Meer. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und mit Pizza empfangen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und sind entweder im Meer baden gegangen ( 10 min. bis zum Strand ) oder in die Berge gefahren. Den Pool haben wir natürlich nach jeder Tour genutzt. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön angelegt und auf den Liegen konnten wir die Zeit bis zum Abendbrot genießen.

Eine wirklich schöne, große, h...
Eine wirklich schöne, große, helle Unterkunft. Ausblick auf das Meer, ruhig gelegen. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Genügend Töpfe, Teller, Besteck.. einfach alles. Sehr schöner Pool Balkon – SonnenuntergangTerrasse Sonnenaufgang Reisetipps: Sehenswert Imperia, Dolcedo, Dolceaqua, ein Abstecher nach San Remo. Man kann die Fahrt an der Küste genießen, oder die Autobahn benutzen. Im Nachbarort ist ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen, der alles hat, was man benötigt. Frisches Obst, Gemüse, Lebensmittel ausder Region. Sonntags bis mittags geöffnet.Langer Sandstrand in Alassio

Wir haben den Urlaub im Haus m...
Wir haben den Urlaub im Haus mit einer befreundeten Familie und den Kindern verbracht. Zusammen 8 Personen. Das hat sich angeboten, da es im Haus 2 Ferienwohnungen gibt. Diese liegen direkt nebeneinander auf einem Stockwerk. Wir waren in PGI210. Einzelbelegung einer Wohnung würden wir nicht empfehlen, da alles sehr hellhörig ist. Die Terrassen der Wohnungen liegen direkt nebeneinander und sind durch eine halbhohe Mauer getrennt. Durch eine Eigenkonstruktion wurde ein Sichtschutz angebracht, der nicht wirklich toll ausschaut. In Wohnung PGI 210 wäre eine Renovierung erforderlich.Veraltete Wohnküche mit sehr abgeschafften Flächen und Materialien. Bad und Dusche sollten auch aktuellen Standards angepasst werden. Duschvorhänge sind nicht wirklich hipp. Schlafzimmer war ok und sauber. Wir hatten den Vergleich zur anderen Wohnung PGI211. Dort sind schon moderne Einrichtungen eingebaut. Küche neu, Bad mit Duschkabine und Niedrigeinstieg. Diese wäre eher zu empfehlen. Pool ist sehr schön und gepflegt, wie auch das sonstige Gartengelände. Nicht so sehenswert ist der Altlastenabstellplatz hinter dem Haus. Defekte Stühle, Tische und Matratzen gehört sich nicht. Weitere Anmerkungen in Reisetip Reisetipps: Übergabe und Kontrolle so wie wir es von anderen Wohnungenkennen erfolgt nur spärlich. Es ist daher nicht verwunderlich, das es teils sehr ungepflegt und nicht wirklich reinlich, gerade im Küchenbereich rüberkommt. WLAN ist sehr gut, aber 10€ die Woche/Wohnung! Warum man 12€ pro Person zusätzlich in der Woche noch abgeben muss erschließt sich uns nicht. Wäre vielleicht mal Erklärung notwendig durch Inter Chalet. Meerblick ist vom Grundstück aus sehr gut möglich. Schade ist nur, dass es direkt außerhalb des Grundstücks einen sehr großen Strommasten gibt, dessen Kabel voll im Blickfeld hängen. Auffahrt zum Grundstück von Imperia aus etwa 5 km auf sehr engen Straßen. Mit Vorsicht aber kein Problem. Im Nebenort Civezza gibt es die Möglichkeit Kleinigkeiten einzukaufen und Essen zu gehen. Leckere Pizzeria und ein paar Meter weiter im "Zentrum" noch angenehmes Restaurant. Sonstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Imperia. Ausflugsziele in der Nähe wären der Markt in Ventimiglia sowie in Imperia. Nette Orte gibt es in Richtung San Remo, sowie an der Küstenstraße nach Allasio. Freie Strände immer wieder vorhanden, besonders Richtung Allasio. Einzig das Parkplatzproblem ist etwas nervig.
