The apartment is located in a prime location. Within walking distance you reach the dreamy Garmisch downtown. Here there are shopping, restaurants, beer gardens, bars, Garmisch-casino and much more.
Ski resorts, hiking trails and much more. in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is newly renovated and is in tip top shape: open kitchen with a cozy dining and living area, new modern bathroom and two balconies fantastic!
Overall, the apartment has 6 beds in a large bedroom. The master bed (double bed) is separated by a floating wall. There are 2 bunk beds (for a total of 4 additional beds). The apartment is perfectly suited for a family with children or a small group.

The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen fully equipped.
In addition, there is a modern (HD) TV (Bluray) DVD player and cable connection for disposal. Wireless LAN with high-speed DSL is also disposal.

Runde Sache . Unkomplizierter checkin, wertvolle tipps spontan per WhatsApp. Perfekte Lage zwischen Garmisch und Partenkirchen. Genügend platz für drei kids und die Eltern. Und schlussendlich ein stressfreier checkout! Rund um die Zugspitze wird jeder nach seiner eigenen fasson glücklich👍👍

Very nice apartment, great location
We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO and would come again. The host (Juvenal) was very responsive to our texts through the VRBO app. The apartment itself was very nice. It was very well maintained, and had modern amenities and furnishings.....except for a microwave(?). I thought that was unusual for such a modern apartment but maybe it's common for European apartments not to have microwaves? Not sure. The beds are all upstairs in the attic area. You gotta watch your head as you walk around upstairs and in the upstairs bathroom, but there is TONS of space up there if you have a large group. It was really nice to have another bathroom downstairs with our group of 4. My only other comment I'd have is it's kind of tough to communicate with Missy (the person who checks you in to the VRBO) if you don't speak German. Use What's App if you can to communicate with her. I highly recommend staying at this VRBO.

Nette Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, Gibt auch ein Kimderstuhl, Holz-Kinderbett und ein Kinderreisebett Schlafraum ist halt alles direkt hörbar beieinander, darauf muss man sich einstellen. Guten Kommunikation Wir wurden auch etwas verfrüht spontan rein gelassen. Wohnung liegt nur 5-10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum
