Very beautiful, cosy cottage "Rovelli", surrounded by fields and vineyards. 3 houses in the residence. 50 m from the centre of Sanico, 17 km from the centre of Asti, 5 km from the centre of Moncalvo, in an elevated position. For shared use: property 4'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with plants, meadow, lawn for sunbathing, courtyard, swimming pool fenced (11 x 5 m, depth 120 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: bicycles available (extra). E-charging station. Shop 2 km, supermarket 5 km, railway station "Asti" 17 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog.

Das Haus im Monferrato
Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön,ebenso Innenhof und Terrasse.Die Ausstattung ist geschmack-und liebevoll.Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit-es ist alles zum Wohlfühlen.Unangenehm fiel leider nur die im Erdgeschoss bestehende Feuchtigkeit im Gemäuer auf.

Perfekter Familienurlaub mit eigenem Garten
Der Aufenthalt im Casa Rovelli hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Durch die riesige überdachte Terrasse und den angeschlossenen wunderschönen Garten konnten wir wunderbar entspannte Tage mit unseren Kindern verleben. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt und der Poolbereich abgesichert, sodass die Kleinen einfach frei herumlaufen konnten. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung insbesondere für Familien mit kleinen Kindern!

Fanntastisk ophold hos Casa Rovelli
Franceska har skabt et helt fantastisk hus med Casa Rovelli - indretning, udsigt og med en dejlig pool. Alt var rent og lækkert - dejlige værelser og en helt unik terrasse og have med en uforglemmelig udsigt over marker og med byer i horisonten. Fred og ro med ca. 10 minutter til nærmeste supermarked. Meget imødekommende velkomst.
