Aloha, you will certainly enjoy this beautifully renovated and redecorated 1 bedroom condo with all the luxuries of home on the paradise of Maui. This unit has been completely renovated. New bath, with a beautifully tiled walk in shower. The furnishings have been replaced with a new Queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. New rugs, bedding and drapes too.
The unit has been freshly repainted to reflect the new decor. It's perfect for your vacation, honeymoon, or any special occasion.

The kitchen has cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful granite countertops. The kitchen is beautifully appointed to the last detail including star fish cabinet pulls. Enjoy your breakfast sitting at the breakfast island or have a cup of coffee on the lanai and watch the sunrise over the water.

There is also separate dining area, with a beautiful glass top table and 4 dining chairs.

Living room and bedroom have hardwood floors and decorated with 'island' furniture. You can see the ocean from every room in the condo. Wake up in your king size bed watching the ocean or palm trees from your bed.

Unit includes a 55 4K Smart TV in the living room, and a smaller 4K Smart TV in the master bedroom. Watch your favorite movies, stream, record on the DVR, ask Alexa any question or listen to your favorite music. Free high speed wi fi internet.

Walk out the living room or the bedroom onto the large lanai. Lanai has table and chairs for you to enjoy your morning breakfast and coffee and watch the whales. In the evening after a day at the beach enjoy the sunset from your lanai.

Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and even a cooler to pack your lunch in for the day at the beach.

Beautiful grounds with large pool, and also a wading pool and Jacuzzi hot tub. Big lawn out back to the beach. Volleyball court, shuffle board and putting green. The beach out back is a long beach great for walking in the morning, or watching the evening sunsets.

You are close to some of the best beaches on Maui and great dining in the area too.

Great location in Kihei with restaurants, shopping and most important wonderful beaches and golf. We are also only minutes to the fabulous shopping in Wailea.

Great view
Condo was just as advertised, recently updated with great views of the Pacific and sunsets. We arrived a little early but the seller allowed us to put some perishables we had purchased in the fridge. Amenities were plentiful with lots of stuff for beach days as well. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!

30th Wedding Anniversary
We ate almost all our meals on the balcony and loved seeing the sunrise and sunset. On our last day, we saw a giant sea turtle on our daily beach walk. It was the highlight of our unforgettable 30th wedding anniversary trip.

An excellent condo with beautiful views and swimmable beach.
Located mid Kihei, you are well located to visit all the other beautiful places on the island. The property has responsive owners and man agent. I would definitely stay again.

Maui - Kihei - Great condo
This is a central located condo in Kihei. Short drive or medium walk to grocery store or food plaza. Beaches in Kihei are a short drive away, but you can also enjoy the beach right in front of the condo. Checkin process was dead simple. Key code was given to us in advance and parking was straight forward. Central AC was a huge advantage. Since this is a top floor condo the is a pervasive noise coming from the roof (some sort of fan, but not the unit AC fan). Manageable with earplugs for light sleepers. Well appointed kitchen and great TV in the living room. We didn’t bother turning on the TV in the bedroom. Great views of Haleakala and the beach from the nice size lanai. Plenty of towels for showering and going to the beach. Beach chairs (2) and umbrella were excellent to have. Back of the beach chair has a small insulated compartment for cool drinks. The cooler was great to have but it has seen better days, handle was missing but it still kept stuff cool, just cumbersome to carry around. Overall a great vacation and a great stay. Thank you Joan for being an excellent host.

I live in New York City, but have been coming to Maui for the last 20 years. My friends ended up purchasing a home on the island and spend 6 months a year in Paradise. My husband and I came every year him for a month and I was able to sneak away for 10 days... Finally we purchased our condo. I loved it at first sight... but it needed some TLC. After a lot of TLC, one thing lead to another and the next thing you know I completely gutted the unit. It's fantastic and we love it. I spent 35 years in the fashion industry and I currently sell Real Estate in NYC. Ron is a former NYC policeman and retired from the NYFD- fire department. We welcome you to enjoy our home in Maui and come see why we love it so much.

Why they chose this property

This property is great... centrally located. I was just on the island and completely redid the unit, so all is new and fresh. If it's raining somewhere on the island chances are it's sunny in Kihei. The unit has great light and fabulous views, too. The sunsets are also fabulous and we enjoy watching them from the backyard, lanai or the hot tub. We are close to our favorite beaches in Wailea too.
