The former fishing village Sv. Ivan near the town of Umag it is a small resort and suitable for a tranquil vacation. This semi-detached house is the first in the row and only a few meters from the beach. Upon arrival to the vacation home you will not need the car, so you can park it in the garage. In the village you will find stores, restaurants and beaches. From the terrace there is a view of the sea, on it you can hear the sound of the waves in the summer heat and the rustling of the trees. In front of the house is a small garden and at the back you have the opportunity to barbecue.
