Near the beach with sauna, fireplace, whirlpool and a large terrace
Ground floor: large living and dining area with underfloor heating and fireplace, cozy couch area with sleeping function (4 + 2), TV / Sat, Blu-ray player, Wii game console, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, 4-burner stove (ceramic hob), oven, refrigerator with a small freezer, microwave, dishwasher and various electrical appliances, bathroom with infrared sauna, shower and toilet. Receiver with the possibility to connect USB hard drives. A large grill is available on the terrace for extensive barbecues.

Upper floor: 1st Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and TV (flat screen), 2nd Bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, bathroom with bathtub and toilet, terrace with garden furniture and parasol.

Bed linen and towels not included !! Can be ordered from our caretaker for a small fee.

Wir waren über Ostern mit unseren drei Kindern da. Das Haus ist sehr schön, wir hatten schon saubere Ferienhäuser. Die Sauna war entspannend. Leider ist der Backofen nicht in Ordnung, dieser kennt nur voll Power, somit wird das Brötchen aufbacken zur torture. Die Matratzen sind für uns sehr durchgelegen gewesen. Die Dusche im Erdgeschoss schließt schwer. Die Gegend war sehr schön und man konnte von dem Standort aus sehr viel unternehmen. Bis auf die Kleinigkeiten konnten wir den Urlaub genießen. Die Kurtaxe musste vor Ort organisiert werden, was zur Verwirrung bei der Touristen Information darstellte.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit einige Maken
Vorne weg das Wichtigste: Wir haben uns in dem Häuschen wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten tolle Tage mit Sauna, Kamin und Whirlpool verbringen. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit und das Häuschen liegt in einer schönen ruhigen Ferienhaussiedlung. Leider hatten wir in den 5 Tagen unserer Aufenthals Schwierigkeiten mit diversen Gerätschaften: Der Ofen heizt jenseits der eingestellten Gradzahl, sodass uns die ersten Lebensmittel im Ofen schlicht verbrannt sind. Für die Nutzung der Sauna musste erst die Sicherung eingeschaltet werden - denn hier ist offenbar eine Seite der Heizstrahler defekt und geht nicht mehr von alleine aus - diese heizt also auch ausgeschaltet weiter, solange die Sicherung drin ist. War für die Nutzung an sich kein Problem, wäre aber mit einem Hinweis versehen einfacher gewesen. Leider kam uns die Lampe über dem Esstisch entgegen, nachdem einer von uns beim Aufstehen mit dem Kopf daranstieß, wir haben den Dübel notdürftig wieder in der Decke festgemacht. Wir gehen davon aus, dass dies Mängel sind, die sicherlich behoben werden, sobald der Vermieter/die Agentur davon Kenntniss nimmt - leider fand ich keine Möglichkeit mehr nach Abschluss der Reise, den Vermieter zu kontaktieren. Wir waren in Summe dennoch sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und würden es weiterempfehlen.

Komplett ausgestattes Häuschen
Ferienwohnung hat voll der Beschreibung entsprochen. Lage gut für Ausflüge nach Kap Arkona, den Königsstuhl, Prora und Binz. Zum Strand, Bäcker, Restaurant schon 10 - 15 Minuten zum Laufen. Gut wenn man die Räder dabei hat. Toller Strand.
